|Recommended: YesNice Starter Home — I have enjoyed living here, with the exception of the children constantly playing in the middle of the parking lot and scratching up people's vehicles with their bikes and scooters. My car has been damaged by them. I guess it's more an issue of parents being on top of their children.
|Recommended: YesJust Be Aware — For the most part it is clean, and quiet. However, it was very hard finding parking in my area on the weekends, maintenance request were placed in a timely manner however, maintenence failed to act in a timely manner to fix the issue. My neighbor had no respect for someone who is a non smoker, always smoked outside her door which entering and exiting, you could not avoid the smoke inconsiderate . Accused of taking someone's package UPS .But the neighbor failed to look around their own stoop, to find their own package instead of accusing or jumping to the conclusion that someone took it.Other neighbors who were not friendly, and gave you a creeped out feeling.I make it apoint to stay with my girlfriend who lives further away, because at times, I dread going to that place that I am paying rent for.I strongly encourage you to investigate before settling on moving here. Check out the night activity as well as the day.
|Recommended: YesIt's A Great Community For A Great Price. — Overall, a great place to live for a very affordable price. Maintenance is always readily available and prompt and location is good - only a half hour from downtown Baltimore with easy access to route 40 and 95. The neighborhood is clean with great neighbors. The only negative feedback would be that the houses are a little small, but are a great deal for what you pay.

|Recommended: YesGreat First Place — Living in The Townhomes at Rivers Gate as a new resident for the past 6 months has been great The staff in the office is warm, and welcoming. My neighbors are all very friendly, and my children made fast friends with the other neighborhood kids. My little ones are in Pre-K, and 2nd grade at Martin Boulevard Elm. which we LOVE. I also love that I can walk to the Food Lion, Target, Starbucks, and our local Farms Store we're so close. I really enjoy the fitness center as well. It's always clean, and never crowed. The only down side to this place I can think of is the laundromat. We use Orems Laundry instead which isn't far either. We love this community

|Recommended: YesAn Amazing Opportunity To Be A Part Of A Phenomenal Community With A Stellar Staff — Woooowww, the Townhomes at Riversgate is an amazing community. The staff is incredible as awhole. From the the leasing agents to the grounds staff. There very punctual and most importantly care about the residents. The property is conviently located close to shopping, gas stations, and schools. Tucked away in a family oriented neighborhood, and a must see. I've been resident here for 6 years and if i had it to do all over again I would most definitely choose the Townhomes at Riversgate.

|Recommended: YesThe Staff Is So Helpful, & So Nice No Complaints. — This is the first time living comfortably at a modern looking home with a great view my favorite part about living at river gate is sitting on my patio enjoying the view.... I would recommend these townhomes to any and every one they are very affordable and the staff is very nice and helpful!
