|Recommended: YesLovely Community — This complex is great, I've had nothing but great things to say about it. The staff is vary helpful an resourceful, the neighbors are vary friendly the management of this establishment is vary family oriented. They bring together our community as a big family for cookouts, games, scavenger hunts. I am glad that i decided to start my life with this community an watch it grow more.

|Recommended: YesReally Nice, Close To Everything — It is quiet for the most just have to remember that you live across the street from an elementary school. Good neighbors, clean neighborhood definitely keeps up appearance .

|Recommended: YesLove It — I love living in this quiet, family oriented area. The town homes are super cute even though they are smaller than my family is used to. It doesn't feel too cramped for us and we love it here Initially, I loved these homes when I saw the rental rate and they had really great reviews, which is rare unless you can afford to spend a lot on rent monthly. When I finally came to visit, I knew this would be my home and so far I haven't been disappointed

|Recommended: YesExcellent Place To Live — The staff is wonderful, very professional and helpful. The grounds are kept in excellent condition. I have never had any trouble with parking. At times you can hear your neighbors conversation but overall I would recommend Riversgate to family and friends

|Recommended: YesThis Property Is The Most Cleanest, Beautiful, And Convience Area. — On a scale of 1 to 10 living here is the best decision you could ever make being 10 on the scale. We have the best property manager you could ever meet and refer to for any problems or solution,. Assistant property manager on duty to help in all areas needed, leasing specialist who is kind and very delightful as she works hard to place you in one of our graded and upgraded town homes, service manager and technicians on grounds fulfilling work orders within minutes of being reported, and the site technicians keep our area clean throughout the year from season to season.
|Recommended: YesNot A Bad Place. — The only bad thing is the parking. If they would put numbers on the parking spots or curb, it would be much better. You are constantly fighting for a spot. Staff is awesome.

|Recommended: YesBeen Here For Awhile — Like living here, but some time am not able to get parking because my neighbor have 3 or 4 cars per household. The maintenance people are always on point for the most part just wish I could get my carpet replace been in my house for 4 year with no updates. And the walls are thin but for the most part after 8 its quiet but I have great neighbors.
