|Recommended: YesIt's Home — I love living at Townhomes at Riversgate. They are clean, quite, the neighbors are friendly, maintenance issues are resolved quickly, they have activies for the kids even sometimes treats for the adults. And the staff is amazing Very friendly, and helpful. I would and have recommended this community to friends. It really does feel like home.

|Recommended: YesGolf Kart Lady — Id just like to give a shoutout to the lady on the kart who cleans our property. I see her out there everyday cleaning up after peoples trash filling holes cleaning around the dumpsters. She really makes this property look amazing Really great job Keep it up

|Recommended: YesI Give It A 4 It Would Be A 5 If There Was Assigned Parking — Overall the place is good to live at , had a few issues when moving in but after all that was fixed everything was good Only problem now is there’s never anywhere to park . People that are visiting always take up all the parking spots , it’s hard having to park down the street and carry 2 babies back to your home by yourself . I definitely hope the leasing office takes into consideration and do assigned parking as it should be
